Hi! 

My yoga journey began about 6 years ago. Desperate to find a solution to my overwhelming anxiety, I started down a path that lead me to peace and a love of teaching.

After obtaining my 200 hr YTT from Markham Yoga (RYS) I have been teaching my mindful vinyasa style of yoga ever since.
